From the date of purchase, we estimate 2 weeks shipping. All our signs are hand made to order and fully tested before sending to ensure quality! It takes around 3-4 days to hand make our signs and then put through the 3-4 day testing stage. Once your new amazing sign has passed, we will send it straight to you via DHL/FedEx for super fast shipping free of charge.
Our signs are extremely easy to fit to any wall! At the customisation stage, please choose whether you would like to hang your sign with a rope or fit it to the wall with screws! A free fitting kit is supplied for your chosen method.
1 Year Swap warranty; If your neon sign breaks within 1 year of it arriving, Majestic Neon will be able to give you a brand new replacement completely free of charge
