For any custom neon signs, Majestic Neon cannot accept returns unless the product is either faulty or damaged in transit. This is due to each sign being unique so please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the design you receive from our designer. If we notice a spelling mistake or a missing space etc, we will insure that we will contact you immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
Please get in touch with us for your exchange and we will do our best to resolve your issue for you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
